  בכל פעם להתקע 40 דקות בהמתנה. מקום ישן בלוי איטי ולא יעיל.

  In my experiance for english speakers they were patient and helpful. Dealing with anything customer service can be a nightmare so I'm appreciative that they were patient with me trying to navigate with no hebrew and plenty anxiety.

  עדכון מקוצר: ביטלו לי בנקט בטעות ללא שום התראה, התנצלו והבטיחו שישלחו בדואר, חודש שלם חיכיתי ללא גישה למזומן עד שבאתי לסניף וגיליתי שזה שם. שירות מחפיר ומזלזל. נתנו לי עט כפיצוי. עט.
