  highly recommend!! For the third year in a row we come 4 families, rooms of a high standard, always clean and tidy, large pool and pampering Jacuzzi, excellent service (there is a cute employee there who always passes by and is interested if you need anything). The place has a large compound with games for children and a place to make great family meals, in short we will no doubt be back for the fourth time and beyond 😉

  We made the order through the Zimmers in Israel website, where we paid 1,000 NIS for the reservation of the place and received all the details on WhatsApp. A week before we arrived, some of us became infected with the corona, so we called Tzamirim in Israel to check on the possibility of cancellation, they said they would get back to us. After a few hours we saw a charge of 6,000 NIS on credit (needless to say they did not get back to us). We decided to call the place and say we would arrive on Thursday (by then the isolation was over). When we got to the place we met Nachshon (the owner of the place) who was very nice. After an hour we reached him to close the payment, suddenly Nachshon claimed that the price they closed with us was * not * the price and we should add more money, he claimed that the price is without VAT. What's more, he claims that he does not work with the Tzamirim website in Israel at all (if this is true, it is not clear how he received our order in the first place). Nachshon also claimed that we were "delicate" and some of us called "whites" "see that you are high-tech." I was very angry with Nachshon and got into a heated argument with him. I explained to him that there was no reason for us to add more money, he was angry with me and said "now, because of you, I do not want you here" (we were 6 couples 12 people). Unfortunately my friends did not want to leave the place so they sent another company to reassure Nachshon. It was finally decided to add the money. Unfortunately for the amount we paid I would not close such a place .. In our shower the water did not go down properly and the whole room was water, occasionally there were insects on the floor. But it is important to note that some of the other rooms were really cool. There is a guard named Mahar (very nice) throughout the stay, he opens the pool and hot tub (need to ask him to open) By the way, the Jacuzzi and the pool are big and good! In short the bottom line we were pretty surprised that the price surprise very much disappointed us.
