  I have been practicing in the studio since 2006. Maya is an excellent teacher, that always motivate you, to push your limits, and to practice as much as possible. Thanks to her, i finally manage to devote myself to daily practice, not to give my self excuses, and not to let go. The studio is big and beautiful I really recommend you to come, and give yourself the present of Ashtanga yoga, which is for me the best practice for both body and mind.

  Ashtanga Yoga Tel Aviv offers a sanctuary of serenity, simple beauty and authenticity. The teachers are dedicated , highly trained and very giving in their personal attention. The shala (studio) is modern ,exceptionally clean, quiet and in all, an exceptional space. It is a joy to practise and meditate in this nurturing ,calming aura.
