I ordered a cookie for 11 ils and for another 4 shekel they added ice cream on top with free chocolate syrup and brown sugar sprinkled on top it was delicious

The Egged Central bus station Aroma. It's not as good as the others I know in Jerusalem, but it opens early (5:30) and the people are nice
