  This branch has disappointed us. When we arrived, already at 19:30 the kitchen was closed. Confused in ordering the drinks twice, and brought us another drink. Aroma's well-known cider was prepared only with the concentrate, without the favors of cinnamon or apples. Alphaphores ice cream made with a crumbled cake, instead of cream, because it is over. (Thanks after we placed the order) And in addition, unlike all the branches, did not receive a Give a Bite card here. The tap water has a very strange taste of chlorine and the staff was not really professional

  Definitely the worst aroma in Eilat. Bad customer service, dirty and very slow. Do yourself a favour and try the one Near coral beach.

  The worst Aroma I’ve ever visited. The staff care more for their ‘cool kid image’ than for the customers in the room. I suggest you do some restaffing here, Aroma.
