  I ordered two latte's and a bite to eat. By mistske we dropped an open pocket of black pepper into one of the cups. I took the coffee back and asked to pay for another one. I was declined politely and received a new latte free of charge. The place was extremely busy and still, I was treated very nicely, although I'm sure they thought I was a complete idiot and perhaps annoyed. The coffee was very good as usual and the food very fresh
