  Very slow, crowded and full of old paper rutin work style. You can easily find a better bank in Palestine. It took me 3 hrs to reactivate my account, and eventhough, my case was not fully solved. I had to wait for each step. Some (not all) of employees try hard to help but they need manager access for tiny steps in their work, which makes things very slow in a stupid way. I closed my account. And opened another one with much better bank. My advice is to find another bank or if you are stuck with them, just try another branch and pray for an easy life.
