Meetings at the airport, accommodation, organization and full support during procedures, examinations, consultations - everything is very clear and without interruptions. Personal thanks to Leonid, Maria, Iness, Nadezhda, Dmitry, and, of course, Dr. Ella Tepper. In my opinion, the most important thing is that these people absolutely sincerely live the life of their guests. Recently, we have not been able to travel to Israel, but we are actively keeping in touch with Leonid, who actively takes part in solving our problems and organizes online consultations for us. Once again, many thanks to the entire Alfa Medical team, who over the past years have become a real family for us

  I want to leave my feedback about the work and employees of Alfa Medical Group LTD. My acquaintance with this company took place in 2015. Before that, I was observed in two other companies in Israel. Therefore, there is someone and something to compare with. I found out about Alpha Medical by chance, having talked at Ben Gurion Airport with one of the patients of this company. I told my story, he told his. we had already on departure from Israel, I asked for the contacts of this company. Arriving home, after a while I phoned Alfa Medical. Natalya talked to me then. hundred years!!! After a telephone conversation, on the same day I received a price list for the provision of services and the cost of procedures. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised that the prices for medical procedures were lower than in those clinics where I had this was examined. Secondly, the same applied to the services themselves provided by the company (for medical support). Moreover, they are in touch 24/7! In April 2016, I flew back to Tel Aviv, now to Alfa Medical. Met me then Dima (a very pleasant and sociable young man), he drove me to the hotel, helped with check-in, handed me a cell phone with the numbers of Alfa Medical employees and said that a nurse would come to me in the morning to take blood. Again, this surprised me. In the morning , exactly at 7 in the morning a nurse really came to me and took blood in a bunch of test tubes😄. Then there were various examinations, a meeting with a doctor, etc. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that everything was so clearly planned, everything was on time, which took very few days of stay. fly back. When Dima brought me to the office where Alfa Medical employees are located, I met the director Leonid Lukin, Irina Telisova, Diana, Maria, who was at the reception, it was she who received and sent mail at that time. and all my questions were answered by Irishka Telisova, with whom we are still in touch💞 You feel so comfortable with these guys (I am writing now and I have everything before my eyes and a smile on my face). This is very important for such patients like us. You even forget what problems you came with .... This applies to both doctors and treatment... Then, of course, I began to recommend these guys to other people who turned to me with questions about where and how I underwent examinations in Israel. Because it is very important that you are not abandoned after we find ourselves at home. They don’t leave patients! They are always in touch, ALWAYS! It’s been 6 years since I first met them, and with Iness (it’s she who is always in touch with us now and knows the answers to everything, everything, all questions!) We we communicate today, sometimes I also ask some questions, and she always comes to the rescue. There has never been a question left unanswered. In 2019, before the pandemic, I flew to Alpha Medical with my mother, she I was so worried, but upon arrival in Israel, and especially when I met the team, my mother, as if she was talking to relatives, we were accompanied by the smart girl Oksanochka at that time🤗Mom really liked everything, especially, as she says, the girls and Dima 😁😁😁 In general, I wrote a lot, I would like to write more😃 But, I advise you to visit this wonderful atmosphere yourself! Here, the attitude, and the treatment, and the price are just excellent!!! Moreover, you will be further escorted upon arrival home.   I express my gratitude to the Alfa Medical company. In October, I underwent treatment in Israel for melanoma, I underwent a set of diagnostic measures, as well as an SLNB operation. The organization of the trip was top notch! Alfa Medical staff accompanied me everywhere literally from arrival at the airport to departure. We also carried out transfers around the city, interpretation and paperwork. Thanks to the professionalism of the Alfa Medical staff, the whole trip took me only a week. Recomend for everybody!

  In July 2019, we contacted Alfa Medical to arrange the treatment of my husband. We are very grateful to this company for the work done. All at the highest level. The operation was carried out by Professor Gutman. We are delighted with the doctor. A very kind, helpful person, a specialist in his field. He answered all our questions, and there were a lot of them, we prepared a list in advance. To help overcome the language barrier (we do not know either English or Hebrew), the assistant to Dr. Albina helped us. She also accompanied us at the stage of preparation for the operation and in the postoperative period. The operation itself took place in the Assuta clinic. Very polite staff, comfortable rooms, excellent food. Specialists at Alpha Medical correctly planned our stay in the country. Preparation for the operation and its implementation took place as soon as possible. Time and money were spent only on the necessary procedures and manipulations, nothing more. We ourselves, of course, would not have been able to cope with this task in a foreign country. Many thanks to all Alfa Medical staff. Special thanks to the head of the consulting department of Iness. She is very sociable, has always been in touch with us. We still turn to her with questions, and always get a detailed answer. Also on the last day of our stay in the country, Alpha Medical organized a very interesting excursion for us.
