::We could not be happier with the colorful and original selection, and the helpful service. We were especially pleased with the constructive and quick response when the item we ordered was damaged in shipping to California. (It was a large, awkward set of connected metal serving dishes which arrived slightly bent.) It took just two short email exchanges to explain and clarify the situation and Zoom sent a replacement at no charge. Make a point of visiting the store - you will not be disappointed
