  We came here to get a passport photo for a Canadian passport. The shop advertised that they offer this service. However, our photos were rejected at the Canadian consulate for not meeting their standards. We returned with a note from the embassy to have them redone, along with a printout of specifications. The employees gave us a lot of hmming and hawing instead of instead of simply giving us a photo up to the specifications required. They should not advertise a service they clearly cannot deliver on. Very dissappointed over the time and money this place cost us. Incompetent photographers. Avoid.

  Very expensive, low quality of products, and their service is the worst. Would never recommend this store.

  ניצול בוטה של מחסור חנויות צילום בעיר. מחירים גבוהים, יש תעריף מינימום של 15 שקל לקבלת שירות- גם אם אתה צריך לפתח 2 תמונות אתה צריך למצוא על מה להוציא כסף כדי להגיע ל15 שקל. חוץ מסוגיית המחירים בנוגע לאיכות המוצרים- עשינו הזמנה של תמונות על מסגרת עץ. כבר אחרי חודשיים התמונות התקלפו ואף החלו לשנות גוון בקצוות. בפעם נוספת קיבלנו שירות חובבני בפיתוח תמונות. בקיצור- חוויה שלילית בכל פעם עם תג מחיר חצוף.

  ביקרתי 3 פעמים בחנות ע"מ לפתח תמונות וכל פעם אמרו לי שהמכונה לא פועלת. סוף סוף מסרתי תמונות לפיתוח וכשהגעתי הביתה ראיתי שחלקן מטושטשות וכולן חשוכות לגמרי. עכשיו צריך לחזור פעם רביעית. הגיע הזמן שתנהלו חנות צילום אם מינימום של רמת שרות וכבוד ללקוח.
