::המקום יפה / המחירים סבירים / האוכל סבב .. אבל מהייחס ,לא וממש לא! , ואפי רציתי לברוח לא משנה כמה לקוחות ,ומה הלחץ באותן השעות בערב , לקוח צריך לקבל את היחס הראוי לו ,ומתן שירות לפחות 98% לתת לו את ההרגשה ,לשוב על עקבותיו .. לי זה לא קרה אצלכם !!
