  I'm very disappointed with your service. On Friday, I tried to order a bunch of flowers for my daughter's birthday but there was nowhere on the site where I could specify the day I wanted the flowers to be delivered, nor could I include a note. Therefore, I called the 4-digit number displayed on the site. I gave the details to your rep - I'm not sure if I specified at this point that I wanted the flowers to be delivered on Monday, but I was surprised when she said that no deliveries were performed after 5.00. At 6.00 on Friday evening, I received a call from the delivery man who wanted to know where to deliver the flowers because he couldn't find the street name. I was surprised and told him that I wanted the flowers to be delivered on Monday at 7.00 in the evening, to which he agreed. He also corrected the address which your rep had recorded incorrectly. The following Sunday, I called to confirm that the flowers would be delivered on Monday, July 25 at 7.00 in the evening and that you had the correct address. On Monday morning, at around 9.00, I received a call from you asking me if someone was at home between 11.00 to 1.00. I stressed, yet again, that the flowers should be delivered at 7.00 in the evening. On Monday, July 25, I received a call from your delivery man AT 9.00 in the evening, asking where the house was. TWO HOURS LATER THAN REQUESTED. The lack of coordination and professionalism convinces me to never use your service again.
