  Visited when looking for specific type of fabric. No parking in the area, staff less than friendly. Waited over 30 minutes, with at least two staff members who were not occupied that didn't even bother to ask us what we needed, then the person who was by the fabrics, serving someone, started helping another customer he knew personally who got in half an hour after us, saying she was in a hurry (while we were waiting patiently) and flirting with him. Eventually we decided to be rude and cut in to ask about what we need only to get a response that "normally we don't sell small quantities", indicating that the person at the counter was actually, listening to our conversation as we browsed the store. Had he said that from the beginning, we would not have wasted over half an hour there. The prices are extremely high too. We found what we needed in other places for less than a third(!) of the price. I don't know if that was indeed the price, or if he just gave us a high price to get us out of the store. They stock a lot of things. But service is way less than poor!

  יש באיתן סוכנויות , איש מוכר , שלא רר שהוא אנטיפת , הוא גם מרמה במחיר . עדיף להמנע מלהכנס , ובמקום חוסר הנעימות איתו , להזמין באינטרנט, או במקור , בקרית-גת . צ. גולדשטיין

  חווית קניה גרועה ביותר.למרות הטיפול הנחמד של שמעון שהשתדל לעזור. התקשרתי מראש דיברתי בטלפון עם צדיק נאמר לי שהם מוכרים גם ליחידים.כשהגעתי לחנות הסתבר מדבריו של אדם מאוד מאוד לא נחמד שהיה בדלפק של אביזרי תפירה שלא מוכרים ליחידים ואמר שרק בדים הם מוכרים ליחידים ושהוא יעשה טובה וימכור לי .אמרתי תודה שאני לא צריכה טובות ממנו שילמתי על הבדים והלכתי.אני בטוחה שבמקומות אחרים יש בדים יפים ויחס יותר אדיב.תחסכו מכם יחס מעליב ולכו למקומות אחרים.
