::Excellent gym. Caring and knowledge staff. Not for those into machine-based cardio as machines are few. The weight equipment could use a slight update but it serves its purpose. The studio is hardly used for some reason and could benefit from some regular classes. Nice, clean bathrooms and lockerooms with showers. Vending machine on-site, but no other purchases are available (clothes, protein, etc) for now.

::Dated basement gym, but still the best commercial option in this area for actual lifting. Closed on Shabbat and only 0800 - 1400 on Friday. Much better than the YMCA. No actual classes except a single Wednesday yoga class in Russian. Not a gym for cardio bunnies. Pics of it you see online are either stock photos or are make it look 10x nicer, brighter, and newer than it actually is.
