  I have been a customer of Bank Yahav for 10 years, and it is still almost impossible to reach the bank's PBX and coordinate a date for arriving at the branch. The outdated app is cumbersome and makes it difficult to connect to it. The staff makes a positive impression and the 4 times I have been to the branch the attitude has been positive and welcoming. The problem is accessibility and there they "fall". Really disappointing. In addition, last Saturday I found out that a foreign exchange transaction was made, which I was charged for, even though I had never made a foreign exchange transaction with the bank or through it. It turns out that someone did not notice and simply charged me over 6000 NIS for something unrelated to me, and I mean any other potential customer. In conclusion quite disappointed and considering switching banks.

  A very good bank, reasonable interest rates, few of the minuses have Russian-speaking employees.

  Shocking service at the Nahariya branch. There is no 50 minute queue even though it is a disabled person, and only one number in front of me. No one to talk to. I would like to open an account. I will never go there. Just shocking to get out of there nervous.
