  A bit annoying to make an appointment, arrive on time, sit in front of the clerk and wait a few minutes until she is free from her other occupations. And it happens every time you visit.

  Terrible bank, very poor service and disparaging attitude towards customers. Serious mistakes without taking responsibility. I personally deposited a check for the payee only in an account that does not match the check. Release a deposit without my knowledge and withdraw again after a few months and again - without my knowledge or request and consent. Playing with customers' money, there is no telephone answering at the branches and even when calling the call center for help, they wait at least 40 minutes and then the representative will not process but will forward a request to the branch - another two days of waiting. Do not recommend at all and anyone who can leave the bank to do so as soon as possible.

  Why do you need two apps? One for activities and another for requests. Why not unite them? Limited operations app! Why is it not possible to buy foreign currency at an immediate rate? Service at the branch is very slow

  Long waiting, very long, even when the branch is almost empty, long waiting and the number in line is not advanced Staff in person, good but waiting time, unbearable
