  About 2 years ago i want through my insurance to replace the front windshield of my car. The owner told me i have to pay 100 shekels for a new rubber to put around, so i paid due the fact I had no choice. After 10 days all the computer of my car start to act on it's own and my car was dead (this past 10 days was very raining). So i tow the car to a authorized garage (licensed garage). After hours they told me that water got through my windshield and got in to the car computer. I got my car the after day and paid almost 2000 shekels. They told me that i have to go with the papers proof to the window guy so he will pay me back and fix the window. When i got there, the owner didn't want to pay me back and insist that it wasn't their fault. So i let him check if i have really have a leak. After they check the found that there is a leak. They refused to pay me back and to told me to go and and claim it by law. I was tired of all the mass and i told him just to fix it so i could never see them again in my life. Yesterday i found out that the up rubber on the windshield is going inside it self and that all the area got rusted!!! I don't even have warranty on the very bad work they did!!! Please don't go there even if your life is on a risk!!! לפני כשנתיים פניתי אליהם דרך חברת הביטוח להחלפת שמשה קדמית. אחרי אישורים, נאמר לי ע"י הבעלים של המקום שצריך גם להחליף את כל הגומי כי הגומי הישן היה יבש ושעליי לשלם 100 שקלים מכיסי. רציתי שזה יהיה תקין ולכן הסכמתי לשלם. אחרי כמה ימים גשומים שהיו, כ10 ימים אחרי החלפת השמשה, הרכב שלי התחיל להשתגע, עשה מיליון רעשעם והתפגר. גררנו אותו למוסך מורשה. אחרי שבדקו הכל אמרו לי שחדרו מים מהשמשה אל תוך המחשב של הרכב ושאצטרך להחליף את המחשב. לבסוף הצליחו לתקן את המחשב הקיים. אחרי יומיים במובך, שילמתי כ2000 שקלים. מהמוסך אמרו לי שאני חייבת לגשת עם האישור מהם לזגג בחזרה ולדרוש פיצוי ואת כספי ושיסדר את השמשה. כשהגעתי, התייחסו אליי כאילו אני שקרנית, כאילו המוסך המורשה מטעם משרד נתחבורה הם שקרנים ורק הם הכי טובים. הם טענו שזו לא אשמת השמשה ושהמצאנו דברים. הסכמתי לזה שיוכיחו לי אחרת. כיסו את הכל במים וסבון והעבירו צינור אוויר חזק כדי לבדוק אם יש בועות מבעד לגומי. וגילו שיש בועות בצד השמשה ובאמצע. הם לא הסכימו לתת לי שום שקל ואמרו שרק יתקנו את הכל וישימו דבק מחדש. אחרי כמה חילופי צעקות וייאוש מצידי, הסכמתי שרק יתקנו. לצערי, אתמול שמתי לב כי הגומי העליון נכנס עמוק לתוך המסילה שלו ושלאורך כל הקורה העליונה נוצרה חלודה רצינית! עכשיו גם אחריות אין על זה... אני מבקשת ממכם בכל לשון של בקשה, אל תכנסו אל הזגג הזה גם אם חייכם תלויים בכך! אני את החוויה הזו ואת הכסף שנזרק, לא אשכח לעולם! ואילו יכולתי, הייתי גם נותנת אפס כוכבים!

  Works with insurances, not very professional, but it's usually free if you are going through the insurance. if your car is new better go to the official company to get something fixed right.
