  חנות תאורה שהיתה בעבר מקצועית מאוד, כנראה שהשנים והצוות הצעיר יותר לא עשה לה טוב, חנות קטנה מלאה ודחוסה בהרבה מאוד מוצרים, בסך הכל המוצרים יחסית ברמה טובה, אבל המחירים גבוהים מאוד יחסית למוצרים. הדבר הגרוע ביותר במקום, הוא שרות על הפנים, לוקח הרבה מאוד זמן לקבל את המוצרים, ואם חלילה יש לכם בעיה עם מוצר, הם פשוט לא עומדים מאחרי המילה שלהם, ומוצאים תירוצים שונים ולא מקצועים רק כדי לא לעמוד באחריות ובהבטחות שלהם, בעבר החנות היתה נחשבת למקום "עם אבא" כלומר שיש מי שלוקח אחריות , יש עם מי לדבר, חבל שהצוות כיום לא למד מהמקימים, לא ממליץ להתקרב

  Very unprofessional and expensive. We purchased many light fittings there and have had continuous problems. There is no after purchase service if something goes wrong the shop never accepts responsibility. The most they will do is send an electrician who is incompetent and unreliable. He supposedly fixed a fitting and sold us three really expensive light bulbs form the shop that would really last - one blew after six months. When i went to the shop the saleslady there was rude and impertinent and suggested I buy another light bulb for 65 SH with no warranty - I will never go back again. btw I went to Home Centre and bought 3 LED bulbs for 75 SH with three yrs warranty. I will never go back to Leshem.
