  the story is like this he has over there 2 seperate villas the large one is huge with a nice pool (not heated) and jacuzzi but the inside is bad with a bad smell looks like the beds were never cleaned. And the second villa is smaller but in a better condition also with a pool and jacuzzi. But the reason i m giving it a 2 star is because the owner charged us 500 shekel more then he told us he would!!! and the service is bad he came every 5 minutes checking if we are doing anything and screamed at us all the time even we did not do anything wrong he told us to leave the villa 2 hours before we were suposed to go!! so iwould tell everybody to please have all the information written!!

  חוויה לא מוצלחת כלל אנשים לא ישרים , לא עומדים בהבטחות ואחרי שסוגרים מחיר הם מתקשרים ומעלים מחיר בצורה משמעותית. רצוי להתרחק....

  מקום מדהים ביופיו. מתאים ל 60 איש ויותר.היינו קבוצה גדולה מארגון ידידים סיוע בדרכים ונהננו מאוד. בעלים כל לב זהב וחיוך בגודל השמים. שווה כל שקל.

  Place is nice. Its a pretty cool place just like you can see from the pictures. Everything was set up to be a beautiful weekend for us. However, only moments after we arrived, the owner came in and started screaming at us as if we did something wrong. We had just arrived! He started lying to us about what we made up with him. He yelled at us until we showed him a text he sent agreeing to all this. That night I was awoken at 3:30 am by the owner flicking switches. He came into my bedroom in middle of the night because the fuse tripped and he couldnt see the cameras. Then he came in again a few hours later and started walking around the house kicking our stuff around trying to find something to blow up at us from. The next day there was no hot water. The owner came in 2.5 hrs. before we made up to leave. He came in and started tossing our things into the garbage. Every time we tried to speak to him he only got more angry until he just threw us onto the street with all our belongings. I would recommend this place just because its a cool place and in a convenient location. So if you do choose to rent from him, make sure to get EVERYTHING in clear writing, make sure to keep the doors blocked so he cant barge in whenever he wants, and maybe slip him some extra cash to cool down his mood.   הגענו בסוף חודש יולי.. אני אישית לא סגרתי את העסקה עם בעל המקום אבל אתן תיאור מדויק.. הכניסה מוזנחת ומלאה בחוטים וצינורות ואפילו שער כניסה נורמלי אין.. החצר יפה וגם הבריכה רק חבל שלא דאגו לנקות אותה וקיבלנו אותה עם מלפפונים חמוצים בקרקעית.. יש ביליארד ופינג פונג חביב.. רמת האחזקה בתוך הבית מזעזעת.. מנורות תלושות וחורים בקירות השרותים וצנרת חשופה. הבחור שסגר את העסקה עם בעל המקום סגר על פינוי בשעה 1 וכשהגענו אישתו אמרה בתקיפות שעד 12 אנחנו יוצאים..בסוף נסגר על השעה 1 והם הקדימו להגיע לפני השעה 1 ולנקות לפני שהוצאנו את התיקים .מקום סביר ולא מעבר לקח לנו 4500 שקל.. מהשעה 4אחר הצהריים ועד רבע ל1 למחרת..(אציין שזה שבת אם זה משנה).. מוגזם לדעתי אבל כל אחד ושיקוליו...מצפה ליותר ממוקום שדורש מחיר כזה.
