  VERED HASHARON is from what I have seen one of the largest travel companies in Israel with offices worldwide and they offer an very high quality product . I have been with them in Israel repeatedly and I only have good words to say in relation to their replied , their good service and their very professional manner of dealing with any silly question I may have had. their guides were excellent , knowledgeable , clean and well dressed and with a profound ability to not only talk about history , but to understand as well our needs to make the very full program we had more relaxed and a fun to have. I can only say the best for their employees who, always polite and with a smile , served us in a very efficient way. meals , hotels , all great ! it is with great certainty that I recommend to my friends this company and In the future I will again take my family with them to enjoy the best of Israel. good job !

  Thank you Vered Hasharon for a wonderful experience. This is our third to in Israel and by far it was the best. It’s a pity that the last two times we didn’t use your services but for sure, Our next travels will be with you. We will also recommend you to whoever asks us, as you really deserve it and they will definitely thank us for recommending using your services. Everyone was amazing, starting with the bus driver, The tour guide, the coordinators etc... even Anne at the office was amazing. You can really see that she cares about everything that’s going on.   Thank you again to my Vered Family in Israel for a wonderful tour that you organised. Although we was a big group everything went very well and the group was so satisfied with all the arrangement, like hotels, bus, guide etc. You are indeed the best company in Israel and i am looking fore word to see see you very soon with 3 big groups one after another. Is is now more than 12 years that Natanja Travel are working with Vered Hasharon and only the best service throughout this time.   This is by far the worst tour company I have ever used and I have been all over the world. We paid roughly $4000 for 4 days of private tour guide, one guide, one car and we had 4 guides in 5 different cars. Including our guide while going into Palestine, leaving our car with all our luggage and valuables in a bad neighborhood. We asked if our bags were ok in the car and the driver got mad, because we asked. Then we came out to our car , to find out it was stolen with all our bags. The military found the car quickly and advised us we cannot get our bags, as they may have bombs. Once the bags were released, the tour guide told us to lie to US customs and border patrol about contents of bags and always being with us. The next driver that came to get us said, "I don't know why he would leave the car there, that is a bad area". Next day and 3rd tour guide, truck breaks down for over 2 hrs and we were stuck playing games in restaurant, instead of seeing sites and had no communication from driver, except that he was doing errands, only to find out that car broke down. There were 14 other bad things that happened on this tour and to say sorry, they bought us $30 lunch twice, but we had to pay for drinks. Even though we lost 2 days sites and things we paid to see and had to rush through two exhibits due to closing and extending our tour till 9:30pm, they refused to accommodate a refund of any sort. Horrible company, Beverly running it is extremely unethical and would not use them at all. False advertising on what you will get and they don't care about you!

  Terrible experience- worst tour company I’ve ever used, would strongly encourage any westerners to look at alternative tour companies. They do not deliver what they promise and do not make any effort to rectify problems when they occur.
