  I was one of the donors when this business was on a mass recruitment kickstarter, and after the business owner received my money, she just decided not to respond to my messages, and even when I was supposed to pick up my gift from Givatayim Mall, it was canceled (due to the corona) and it ended when I received no gift. The business owner did not kindly check how she could compensate me, and instead opted for alienation, rudeness and disregard for messages. In conclusion, when a person turns to Kickstarter, he should demonstrate through Derech Eretz and prove that he deserves to receive a donation designed to fulfill his dream. This business not only made me very angry and sad, it also made me not want to contribute to Kickstarter at all, because maybe there are people out there who are just trying to extort money and not people who deserve to have dreams come true. I may sound a little dramatic but it's the truth.
