  Единственное место которое я знаю где колеса затягивают не пневматическим ключом а аккуратно вручную

  Quick work but sold and installed rims that were not suited for the car whatsoever. Kept falling off around the edges.

  It's a rare pleasure to find honest, professional and inexpensive service these days. Every step in the process is done properly here, including balancing and using torque wrench in the end. Today was the time to change the Michelin tires I bought here three years ago, which served me well. I decided to try Continentals this time and as always got a perfect service from Zeev and his co-workers. Highly recommended even if you have to drive from afar.
