  Boutique Winery We visited Tzuba Winery with Israel Wine Tours. I had said I am a fan of sweet wines and our guide recommended this winery saying they have few choices in their collection. There's is a winery owned by the Kibbutz, with them selling most of their grapes to other wineries with their own wine making operation on the smaller side. Their winemaker Paul Dubb personally gave us a tour of the winery. He was full of information on how the wines are made. The information that the main action goes on in the vineyards with the growing of grapes and not on the production floor was a news to me. It was also interesting to learn what makes a wine a Kosher wine. We had a tasting of five of their wines, I like there Desert Wine in Port Style and ended up picking a bottle for myself (letting you know I relished it). Their prices are reasonable and the products great tasting.

  יקב פצפון עם יין מצוין, מרפסת טעימות מול נוף נפלא, בקרבת גת עתיקה.

  היינו בסיור יין וטעימות. אנשים נחמדים מאד. הסיור התחלק לשניים, סיור הסטורי וארכיולוגי וסיור ביקב של צובה. הסיור הארכיולוגי מעניין (לפחות הספורים) היקב הארכיולוגי קטן מאד ורואים מעט מההריסות. הסיור ביקב של צובה היה בעיקר עמידה בכניסה והסבר של 10 דקות על הפעילות ביקב. הטעימות, נחמד, ישיבה סביב שולחן עם טעימות של שלוש סוגי יין.
