  I enjoy very much the way Timi explains in detail what are we doing in every position, for what is it intended, which parts of the body are involved in every movement. I took yoga and stretching classes in the past, and there, I never had a teacher, a guide, telling me all these details Timi shares with us. I found this as a very essencial part of her classes, because it makes me feel that I am able to understand the process, which will aloow me to take better care of my body, during the class, and outside. In Timi's classes I always felt that, besides the fact that they are small groups, which helps the teacher to be more focused in each one, I was able to think better about the action I am about to do, and make it correctly. Another thing that i really enjoyed about Timi's classes was that she proposes different exercises every time, changing from class to class. For me, these are really important features of her classes, plus the fact that she teaches in English, at affordable prices. All of it makes her classes very distinctive and definitely recommendable!!

  One thing I like about the classes is that great care is taken to explain fine details about the exercises. This not only makes the exercise more effective and safer but it also reinforces your mental engagement to the activity. In this way you also feel as if you are taking part in a serious and the same time very pleasant ceremony. Another thing I like is that one discovers new ranges of movements all the time.

  אני מתרגל יוגה עם טימי כבר יותר מחצי שנה. טימי מאוד קשובה לקצב, לצרכים וליכולות של המתרגלים, וגם מעודדת למתוח את גבול היכולת. האווירה נינוחה ומשרה שקט פנימי ורוגע. ממליץ בחום!

  I did try a few different Yoga classes before, but none of them really caught me as the classes of Timi did. Ever since the first class I felt as if I suddenly “got” it, and that things “fell into place”. It all felt right and logical. I especially appreciate the way she explains the purpose of the exercises – it motivates me so much more if I understand the “why” of the things, rather than just following the movements. Apart from that I highly valuate the personal attention Timi gives to each of her students – I find it an extremely flexible, empathic and professional way of teaching. Thank you, Timi!

  Timi introduced me to yoga back in Hungary. Before her classes I had thought that yoga is something easy, that cannot have any appeal to guys as it doesn't contain many physical challenges. But in her classes I learned that is completely different. Her classes had a very nice atmosphere,and they were really relaxing, physically refreshing.
