  Tiferet by the Sea was more like being in a hotel than a pure holiday rental but with extras. The core amenities are great including the roof terrace, a washer and dryer, a lovely living room and a lockable garage right next to the elevators. It was also the little touches like the coffeemaker, a cell phone to use around Israel (great for Waze), little shampoos, and kids toys that made us feel right at home. We have been going to Herzliya for years and staying at this property made an already beautiful location, just steps from the beach, easy and accessible. One tip, you get a 10% discount at the restaurant downstairs if you tell them that you are in the building.
