  Есть люди которые остаются не довольными этой гостиницей, но персонал работает над ошибкамиои и делают все возможное, чтоб в дальнейшем гости получали только позитив и радость о проведенных незабываемых дней в этой гостинице.

  so sad,what a disappointment! A soft opening with a hard close of the door in our face....usually Iam not complaining as quickly, however - as a long-standing guest of the Setai Miami - I was looking for a friendly welcome at the Setai Tel Aviv. But the staff - highly intend on entertaining themselves could simply not be bothered to extend a welcoming smile:((( but we found a friendlier welcome at another luxury hotel elsewhere. but 5 Star for the building and the location!

  I was looking forward to seeing this, lovely exterior but when we wanted to visit the inside the doorman straight up refused to let us in. What kind of hotel is this?

  Just visited. Amazing and sumptuous place...Look forward having some experience in this marvelous hotel. According with them, ll post some pictures next month!
