  The Excellence Center organized a private tour for me of Hebron with a teacher from the school. The Center responded promptly to my email requesting a tour. The teacher who gave me the tour was knowledgeable about the history of Hebron and the current political situation. Everyone in Hebron knew him, which gave me the opportunity to interact with many Palestinians throughout the day. It was an interesting and eye-opening tour. Thank you Excellence Center!!

  The Excellence Center’s programs are singular and unique opportunities for internationals seeking to make a difference in the lives of others, as well as their own. The opportunity to work at the Excellence Center provides international volunteers, interns and students with not only first-hand knowledge of Palestinian life and culture in Hebron and the West Bank, with all the political realities, but also direct experience in actually living that life with Palestinians.

  I spent one month in Hebron studying Arabic at the Excellence Center in Hebron, Palestine. The staff, volunteers and other students are very welcoming. I had a great time :)
