  An amazing experience. Relaxed and gracious this is not just a hotel but a story. it's just so peaceful and quiet, hard to believe it is n Jerusalem. It's like the stones breathe history! We have a great room in a building called East House with a private small garden. highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

  Beautiful grounds, great service, however that's where the compliment ends. The bathtub was dirty which made me uncomfortable about the whole room. The food as in all hotels very expensive but utterly not worth it. During dinner we sampled over 8 dishes only two would I call good, and some inedible, certainly not fit for a hotel of this stature. At breakfast the food was either bland or old and dry. Everything seems to have been prepared not only the night before but a few days before. A very disappointing visit, definitely won't return or recommend, especially considering the cost.

  First off I must give credit where it is deserved, the staff was very nice and the service was excellent. Now to the reason of 2 stars. First of the food was sub par for a place like this, I mean we were 3 families and out of all the food we ordered on 2 dishes were OK, the rest ranged from not good to unpalatable. Second (and more importantly) the room was filthy (especially the bathroom) it looked like they never got to the corners of the room. In the bathroom there was black hair on the towels and a lot of mold in/around the tub. Lastly the tub itself was not draining the water properly (a sign that the drain was somewhat clogged) and to me this is a big sign things are not maintained.

  Отличный исторический отель, но очень не практичный и очень холодные ванная и туалет
