  נכנסתי לחנות לחפש עצם לכלבה אבל המוכרת הייתה עסוקה מדי עם הנייד שלה והתעלמה ממני לחלוטין, אז הלכתי לחנות אחרת.

  אחלה חנות של דגים בעיקר צריך עוד גיוון דגים. בעלי החנות יודעים עניין ממליצים על מוצרים וממש פתוחים לשמוע ממליץ בחום

  אין על החנות חיות הזה יש שם יעוץ מצוין יחס הכי טוב שיכול להיות עבר ומה שלא רוצים אם כל זאת שזה קצת קטן

  Bad experience. I went to buy cat food. I tried a totally new food that I thought would be more nutritious. The bill was 125 shekels. I paid with rhe credit card. The owner of the shop gave me the credit card receipt. I din't look at it. I also didn't get the bill for the transaction. I went home the cats didn't like the food. I went back and return the can food. I realized he charged my credit card 1.250 shekels instead of 125 shekels. He own the mistake and cancelled the whole transaction. The owner went through the list of items I bought several months before and basically he started to ask me why I didn't buy all these items. He asked about each and every item one by one. Trying to make a sell on each one. He was trying to convince me that his products and prices are the best. I said they are not. I've got the new items that I knew my cats liked. He billed me again. Again he charged my credit card. And for the second time I don't get a bill. I leave the shop confused about what I was paying for. I asked for the bill. He said HE CANNOT GIVE ME A BILL. I asked why ??? He said it is because he cancelled the first transaction. I ASKED FOR A BILL FOR THE SECOND TRANSACTION FOR THE SECOND TIME STILL HE DIDN'T GIVE ME.!!! By then I was exhausted and wanted to feed my cat that delivered her babies yesterday and needs to eat regularly. Bad and bitter experience. Buying cat food had become an interrogation process and a stressful n egative expeience. I was buying not begging for anything and I have all the right to get the bill and know what I was paying for. This is the only shop in Israel where I was denied having a bill. All this time the owner is lecturing me about his excellent treatment of his customers when at the same time he even refuses to give me a bill for the food I purchased. Judge for yourself the conduct if this man. It is even illegal not to present a bill to the customer. It is even more illegal to deny giving a customer a bill. I rate this man behaviour a - 10. I'm absolutely disgusted and repulsed by his attitude towards me. Well I'm going to try once again on Sunday to get the freaking bill. I guess this time I'm not going to be nice ans smiling any more. He certainly lost a customer. I have no good words for his shop at all.
