  My experience with Terminal4Pets was unbelievably easy and efficient. I lived in Israel for a few years and had experienced many different approaches to business and customer service - mostly less that standard. T4P were amazingly responsive and treated my dog so very well. They worked with the kennel that he was staying at and got him to the US without ANY issues. When the airline gave them a challenge, T4P quickly approached me with reasonable options that helped me stay in control of my dog's itinerary and get him here quickly. I highly recommend them!

  Terminal4Pets are absolutely great! Superb service! Great communication. Pelle, my dog, was checked-in early morning in TLV only to step out the Heathrow animal reception centre well and happy a few hours later. Great first experience. Highly recommend!

  הוטרינר איתן קריינר איש ישר דרך אמין ומקצועי. איתן קריינר וטרינר מהמעלה הראשונה עם לב חם ואוהב ממייסדי שרותי הטסת חיות בישראל. החאפרים בענף שמלכלכים היום כאן בכיסוי זה או אחר היו "בניו" (עובדיו) הלא מוצלחים . אני אישית ממליץ בחום להסתייע ולהעזר בוטרינר אייתן קריינר ובמגוון השירותים של טרמינל 4 פטס בכלל.

  My wife and I used the services of Terminal4Pets. They are very professional, responsible and pleasant agency to work with. I Highly recommended pet transportation company. They are the best in their business. Don't take chances and work only with the professionals. We transported our cat to Australia and everything went smooth and perfect. I would give them more than 5 stars!

  I am so glad I found the people at Terminal4Pets! They assisted me with transport for my large dog from Jerusalem to Los Angeles. I was worried about my dog traveling alone and about all the red tape involved with international transport … but they handled absolutely everything! During the process they responded promptly to my many questions, and provided timely updates along the way. My dog arrived safely and in great shape. I am very grateful to them for their friendly, caring and professional assistance. Highly recommended.
