  Great small boutique Hotel in Tel Aviv near the Kerem Hateimanim. Very modern comfortable and clean. They even had a shabat key. They just need to have hot and cold water available for Shomer Shabat people. Only drawback is that there ia no parking and we had to pay 160₪ for parking near by as it was impossible to find street parking. They should organise a parking arrangement for their guests..... Overall we had a very nice stay!!

  Cons: Dirty and smelly hallways - the smell goes all the way into the room. No daily housekeeping, only when they have enough housekeepers on staff. Low quality bed. Low quality, synthetic pillows. Pros: Clean room. Staff was nice and solved a problem immediately.

  I highly recommend this hotel, you will be happy, if you choose to stay here. Clean nice rooms, friendly helpful staff with no exception, awesome location, good vibes, cozy lobby area with tasty coffee.
