  They were so late that I could have walked to my destination and back. I was strung along by the call centre. It turns out that the first driver picked someone else up. I was half an hour late to work rather than arriving on time - the whole reason I called them in the first place. My driver was very nice but the call centre was pathetic and it's not their first strike. I will not be using them again after this!
