  Arosa, a little known dish is the specialty of Al Zaim. A refreshing break from hummus and shawarma, arosa is pita bread filled with uncooked meat which is then placed on a coal BBQ until the meat is ready and the pita is crunchy. Served with tahini salad and hot sauce it's so good you will want another one immediately.
