  שירות מזעזע לא להתקרב למקום מסרתי טלפון להחלפת מסך ומאז שכחו אותי שלושה ימים לא נתנו הצעת מחיר ורק אחרי שאני פניתי קיבלתי הצעת מחיר ושילמתי במקום ומאז הם פשוט לא עושים כלום לא ניתן להתקשר טלפונית ולכן חייבים להגיע לחנות ושם בצורה נחמדה מסבירים לך שחסר חלק ויהיה מחר אבל גם למחרת לא תוקן ןגם לא ביום שלאחר מכן בלי שום הסבר ביום שישי אחרי 10 ימים ממועד מסירת המכשיר לתיקון הגעתי ומנהלת הסניף ביררה וראתה שבאמת לא נעשה דבר והבטיחה שהמכשיר יתוקן בתוך שעה וחצי ואקבל טלפון כמובן שלא התקשרו ואחרי שלוש וחצי נאלצתי להגיע שוב פעם חמישית ואז מנהלת הסניף כבר לא הייתה והטכנאי יצא להפסקה וכך שוב אני בלי המכשיר. כולם נחמדים ואדיבים אבל לא עושים כלום היה אפשר לתקן בדוכן ממול בשעה אחת ולא לחכות שבוע וחצי בלי כל התייחסות אל תתקרבו לשם!!!!!

  Delivered device to repair. Explained in details, what the problem is. The seller informed me it will take not more than couple of days to check the device in the lab and fix it accordingly. After some more days they call me and suggested to fix plastic latch. I explained again, that my problem is not plastic, we can discuss about the additional charges for plastic after the main issue will be fixed. I was asked and explained again (!) what is the main issue. After some more days they called back to me and informed that plastic is fixed. Successfully. "Do you have any more requests?" "YES", I replied, "WHAT ABOUT THE MAIN ISSUE??" "No idea, we do not have any connection to the lab (!). You can arrive and pick up your device". In my opinion, excellent service. You can request whatever you want, they will do whatever they would like to. BTW, 100 meters from SAMSUNG store in the mall one can find CELL ME store oriented on mobile repairing. Better to try them next time.
