::Very poor service. Despite requesting a navigation system, there was none available. No apology was given by the team and they still CHARGED me the USD48 for the navigation system! The car was in disrepair with excessive internal and external damage There was MUD all over the seats The fuel tank was underfiled The assistants argued when I asked them to document the damage prior to me taking the car There was no communication between the desk team and the lot team, leading to the customers needing to move backwards and forwards between the teams because the car was not fit for purpose.

::Waited a half hour to get the car. Returning is also slow. Terrible customer service. The few times I've rented with Sixt they always try to charge me a different rate than my reservation. Always go with Eldan - great service, great cars, great prices.
