  Would the worst service? Then please go ahead to “Shlomo Sixt” It took me one hour to get the car keys. I booked Kia Sportage and got Opel Moka. One category lower. Once I got to the car it took us another 45 min to put the booster child seat. It was dirty like it was taken from the trash. No instructions and no one from the staff would help. Few days later when I realised we were given a lower car grade, I called customer service who’s 3 different agents confirmed both cars are from 2 different grades. Was bumped from one agent to another. Wasted all together 6 hours of our holiday and now 24 hours later problem not solved. The promised to call back but never do. Promised to change the car until 10AM, yet no one was here. 10:25 I get a call to come downstairs and that the car is here. Go an old Kia Sportage. 2016. No sensors, barely Bluetooth. Stinky from smoke. And full of marks. I said no. I was serviced by: Shlomit, airport branch manager Yafit, customer service manager Both are unbelievably unhelpful along with everyone else I spoke to. No one could care less. All I asked was to get my money back for the time rented wrong category and to get the car exchanged. Got one big nothing. Waste of time STAY AWAY! רוצים את השירות הגרוע ביותר? אז בבקשה קדימה "שלמה Sixt" לקח לי שעה לקבלת המפתחות למכונית. הזמנתי קאיה ספורטאג׳ וקיבלתי את אופל מוקה. קטגוריה אחת נמוכה יותר. ברגע שהגעתי למכונית לקח לנו עוד 45 דקות לשים את המושב לילד. זה היה מלוכלך כאילו הוא נלקח מהאשפה. אין הוראות ואף אחד מהצוות לא יעזור. כמה ימים לאחר מכן, כאשר הבנתי שקיבלנו רכב בקטגוריה נמוכה יותר, התקשרתי לשירות לקוחות ושוחחתי עם שלושה סוכנים שונים שאישרו שמכוניות הן מ 2 דרגות שונות. הועברתי מסוכן אחד לאחר. סך זמן מבוזבז- 6 שעות של החופשה בטלפונים ועכשיו 24 שעות מאוחר יותר הבעיה לא נפתרה. הבטיחו להתקשר בחזרה אבל לא צלצלו. הבטיחו לשנות את המכונית עד 10 בבוקר, אבל אף אחד לא הגיע. את השירות קיבלתי מ: יפית מנהלת שירות לקוחות בטלפון, ושלומית מנהלת סניף השכרת רכב נתב״ג. ביזיון. לבסוף, הגיע בחור ב10:25 ואמר שהוא פה. ירדתי. נתנו לי אוטו בלי להתייעץ בכלל על מה ברצוני לקחת. צחנה מסיגריות. ישן שנת 2016. 90 אלף קילומטר. סירבתי. להתרחק!

  Scammy joint that tries to get as many $$ from you as possible for extra insurance products that you totally don't need. I suggest using any other car rental around.

  Watch out! look at all those reviews! My friends and I rented a car which was suppoused to cost 75$ and we've ended up being charged with 180$. This is after we've asked multiple times if there are any additional costs! we baught the 100% full insurance etc. I hope I will manage to save at least on other person with this warning.

  unproffesional service very dirty cars in and outside of the car (speedometer had spit on it) no helpful instruction to use the car properly didnt got our reserved car Audi A3 got an "upgraded" damaged opel astra

  I am surprised to read other reviews as the guys were really nice with me. I contacted them before arrival via mail with questions. Answers came quickly and were helpful and polite. The guys at the desk and car pick up were really helpful and patient and helped us a lot to make everything go smooth. When we stranded in Akko they send help on Shabbat without extra charge. I am very content with them.
