  CZ: Nemusíte mít strach. Zapůjčení auta proběhlo naprosto v pořádku. Snad každá půjčovna aut na světě má špatné recenze a zatím jsem nikdy neměl jakýkoliv větší problém. ENG: Dont be afraid. Everything is working good here. Every car rental company on the world have bad reviews.

  I have usually good experiences with sixt and in this station I was not disappointed. Staff at the counter spoke good english. Car was old and had scratches, but that is in Israel ok. Prices was fair.

  Stay away from this company. My car had a flat tire an hour after I picked it up, and when I called the local office they told me to “fix it myself” and hung up. Everybody knows it is not safe to drive on a spare tire for an entire day—100+ kilometers! When I returned the car and asked for my money back, they hemmed and hawed, said the website I used would have to do the refund, and wanted to charge me for not filling up the tank—because I was driving an unsafe car and wanted to get it back to the company ASAP. Their behavior was totally unprofessional and I would urge every customer to look elsewhere.

  Very sneaky company...failed to inform me that my return time was eve of holiday and therefore closed. Had to drive to airport and return it and they charged me for an extra day on top of airport fee. There prices are fair because they will hit you with hidden charges. Stay away from them.

  Zuerst: Sixt hat in Israel nicht den hohen Qualitätsstandart wie in anderen Ländern. Die Autos sind älter, die Reifen abgefahren, viele Kratzer. Zum Abhohlen: Man begibt sich zum Schalter und bekommt nach 15 Minuten ein Papier. Damit geht man mit ca 10 bis 15 Wegzeit zu einem anderen Gebäude. Dort hat man bei der Fahrzeugübergabe erneut Wartezeiten, das Auto wird fotografiert, es gibt eine kleine Einweisung wie man den Wagen startet. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt nicht mit der Übergabe des Fahrzeugs, sondern etwa 20 bis 30 Minuten früher bei der Papierübergabe!! Das Personal vor Ort ist recht unfreundlich. Ich würde einen anderen Anbieter wie z.B den lokalen Anbieter eldan nach Möglichkeit vorziehen. Sixt ist selbst mit Rabatten teuer und nicht so gut. Positiv: es gab ohne Zögern ein freies Upgrade, die bestellte Wagenklasse war nicht verfügbar.
