  Waiting times are horrible. Booked the pickup at 11:30 and was told that it may take them 1 more hour, so decided to wait. 3 hrs later still no car. This is my 3rd time here. It always took longer than usual closer to 45 min, but this time just horrible.

  We have visited Eilat for the first time and we have rented a car from a Shlomo Sixt without any reservations. We were serviced very swiftly and with a smile. After 15 minutes from entering Sixt, we were siting in our rented car. We had a great experience renting a car from Sixt Shlomo.

  Local branch of Sixt car rental agency. Convenient location next to the airport and big fuel station. Wide offer of cars you can also check on their website. Online booking is available as well

  Waited 2 h for a car we had ordered. Staff took breaks while the badly ventilated office was full of customers. Some local lady was allowed to pass the line even though she arrived after the customers in our line. It took our obviously unmotivated assistant 10 min to find the car. His lack of answering our questions added to it. I hope Sixt replaces the management...

  The worst service ever!! Took us an hour to get the car because the staff decided (in the middle of the pick up) to do "other things" instead of helping us in the long, long process Ignorant staff. Almost hostile even though we behaved nice and treated them with respect. Chose another company!
