  Neonatal care is excellent, very clean, warm. Nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and kind.

  This review in regard to emergency department, daily check. The short story version: very bad in both the reception team and the diagnostic process. Long story version: I was in the hospital visiting someone, and I decided to visit the emergency department to check my neck and shoulder for an accidental pain, the team at the reception wasn't helpful, rough, and needs the basics for a well communication skills. I was checked in reverse!!! First the nurse diagnosed me and he wrote the medicine and decided it, then I saw the doctor!!! The nurse was so ride with another patient next to my bed, he was asking the help of the nurse and the nurse guy didn't respond to him... Anyway, I hope to get a better service in the future. Best regards
