  בדיוק סולקתי מהחנות. המוכר קרא לי "סמרטוט מסריח" ו"גנבים". זה לאחר ששאלתי למה צריך לשלם 50 ש"ח על טלפון שלא תוקן? המסך של הטלפון נשבר, אחי השאיר את הטלפון בחנות בשביל שיתקנו. אחי אומר שלא נאמר דבר על תשלום עבור בדיקה. ניסיתי לברר עם המוכר (ששיחק שש בש כל הזמן שהוא מדבר איתי) למה לשלם אם לא תוקן? המוכר אמר לי "לא עובדים בחינם, אחי". ניסיתי לברר אם כתוב איפשהו על בדיקה שעולה כסף? אני כבר עם הויזה ביד בא לשלם כי לא נעים ואז הוא התעצבן וסילק אותי מהחנות עם שלל קריאות גנאי. מאוד לא הייתי ממליץ לקנות שם, ולמוכר שקורא את זה: אתה צריך ללמוד לשלוט בתגובות שלך, אחי. very insulting service. I just got kicked out of the store as the seller name calling me "stinky rag" and "thief" and this is for asking why I need to pay 50 sheqel for a phone that was not repaired. the other day, my brother asked for a repair and he says the seller did not mention they will be a charge for a check. there is no receipt or any mention of a cost to this type of service. I was actually going to pay the 50 shequel (already holding the visa in my hand) when the seller lost his temper because of my questions and suddenly he burst at me "get out of my store" and name calling. very lousy service. and BTW, he was playing backgammon the whole time he was speaking to me...
