::We bought a cake through the website the day before, they only called me towards noon that it was out of stock. With no choice I went to the branch and took another cake. Which turned out to be frozen when we tried to cut it at a birthday party. And when we called their customer service we came across a representative who told us "that everyone knows that cakes come frozen" A condescending, contemptuous and contemptuous attitude. This is not how they talk to customers and more blame and they only offered coffee and pastries as compensation. I will never go there again.
