  I arrived today (Friday 2.4) at 13:50 at the Rami Levy branch in the neighborhood located in the surplus mall of Or Yehuda, I bought a number of items whose total price was 19 NIS, I brought the cashiers a 50 NIS bill for sure, and he knowingly or accidentally returned a surplus of 40 Pennies instead of 30 NIS, when I approached the cashier and the cashier by mistake I was told that the cashier should be counted - beyond waiting a long time for the cashier's claim there was no lack of money at the cashier and no plus as if we did not bring the money, but the cashier's fault! After many attempts at contacting the manager who was not patient or caring about the situation, I was informed that there was nothing to do and I would go without my excess. It is clear that this is not a matter of a few shekels, but the impudence that young customers take advantage of and underestimate the service and response to the customer.
