  המקום הותאם למסירת חבילות. לא סניף גדול ביחס לשמו "המרכזי". אין ממש חניה באזור. אפשר וכדאי להזמין תור מראש.

  תור ארוך מאוד, שירות איטי. אין מקום לשבת בכלל.. אין אפשרות להזמין תור מראש. אין מספרים כמו שצריך, אין מסך שמראה איזה מספר מקבל שירות, הכל נופל על הלקוחות. פשוט בושה.

  Batya Makov's mail office in Rehovot is not functioning! This is the second time I have an issue with the office. I am furious and tired of this paralyzed and messy service. Three months ago I bought two books from Book Depository. They were sent in from different places and I got a note through email that they were on their way. I got only ONE notice from the mail office that a book arrived. It was on July the 26th. At the beginning of August I came to pick the book. The officer told me that the book arrived, but it has not yet a shelf number. And that I can check in the internet when it arrives to the shelf. Of course I checked and checked, but nothing arrived!!! Today, Sept. the 24th I went to see what happened to my books. THEY WERE SENT BACK!!! They never were put on to the shelf. This is outrageous. What do I get for this Failure?! Apologies. It is not enough. They even refused to give me the name of the Office Director. It is a shame.

  המקום נסגר כסניף, פתוח רק כנקודה לחלוקת חבילות. מיושן מאוד, בלי מקומות לשבת כמעט, בלי אפשרות להזמין תור מראש באתר, הכל ישן מאוד
