The waitress was lovely but the breakfast was just insulting. The amount they name from each of the dips is maybe a teaspoon and a half or two, and this is a double breakfast that costs quite a bit. We will not return.

The food is delicious, but every time I arrive the coupons do not pass. Not of the mall, not of a members club. It also took half an hour and 7 reminders until I got a glass of water. I almost went to their kitchen and drank from the tap ...

Disappointing and shocking is the waitress' service under any criticism. Out of desperation We did not get what we wanted at all. We remained hungry.

The experience was really bad, service under all criticism, The wait is long until the waitress arrives, not to mention the dishes arrive. The dish I ordered was burnt (Benedict) The coffee is cold

I dined at the place last Friday, 5.2.22. The chain has prided itself on not raising its prices but it is taking care to make up for the shortcomings in other oppressive ways. I ordered a single breakfast worth 72 NIS. Carbonated drinks cost an additional 4 NIS. The dips I received were embarrassing in quantity, about a teaspoon and a half per dip. I wondered about that but I knew that if I wanted to, I would ask for more. Indeed the cheese ended with the first two bites of the salad. For the addition of a saucer in the amount of a flat spoon - I paid an additional 5 NIS. The omelet was served in an incomprehensible "roll" shape, instead of in its round and inviting shape. So for dips served stingily, omelet, salad and bread (and 2 drinks) I paid 81 NIS, before tip. The "it's extra charge" experience when it is clear in advance that it will be lacking, is unpleasant and leaves a bitter taste. Two points about the bread which was fresh and delicious, and about the waitress who was pleasant and welcoming.
