::המקום נחמד, המחירים נוחים. יש במקום מישהו ממכירת הרכבים בשם יהודה, ממליץ ללכת אליו. הוא נותן שירות שלא קיים כמוהו בארץ, ובכלל תצאו עם העסקה הטובה ביותר וגם עם ההרגשה הטובה ביותר. לדעתי מוכר כזה מצדיק לבד קיומו של סניף במקום.

::Avoid this rental company at all costs, they are worse than a bad joke - after sweating for an hour in the sun in their cramped, filthy quarry “parking lot” they gave me a beat-up, filthy car. Due to the long wait I was already late for a meeting and so did not inspect the interior sufficiently. Upon reaching my destination, however, I couldn’t believe my eyes, there was a used condom on the floor of the back seat, along with filthy plastic cups and sticky liquid all over the cup holders.The windshield was filthy, there was no water in the windshield wipers to clear the filth, and one of the front wheels’ mud guard was half torn off, which caused a scary whipping noise throughout our journey. Upon returning the car, we were treated to another hours wait in the sun as we attempted to speak to the manager, who was running around like a headless chicken between multiple furious customers, each with their own wild and exotic experiences to relay of this parody of a rental company. When we finally were permitted to present our complaint, not a word of apology, or heaven forbid an offer of compensation, I guess I deserved what I got for not reading the terrible feedback before I booked...

::גנבים !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! אין שם טיפת אמון קניתי ביטול השתתפות ולא קרה לי כלום לרכב וחיבו אותי על פיצוץ בפנס בטענה שזה לא נזק תאונתי (ממה זה אז יכול להיות ????) (הסיפור הזה בשינויי גירסאות חזר על עצמו באופן סידרתי עם חברים שלי לפחות 5 סיפורים שקרו תוך פחות משבוע) פשוט צריך להחליף להם את הסלוגן מ "מבינים מכוניות מבינים אנשים" ל "דופקים מכוניות וגונבים אנשים" קל אוטו תתבישו לכם אין לי מושג איך חברה שפלה כמוכם יש לה מקום בשוק הישראלי שלנו לכו לניגריה שם השירות שלכם מתאים גועל נפש !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! חחחחחח לא פחות ולא יותר הם רוצים מחבר שלי על שריטה 17500 ש"ח אגב הוא קנה ביטול אבל הם טוענים שהביטול לא כולל שריטה כזאת (שלדעתם הוא לא נזק תאונתי) תגידו לי אתם מה זה אם לא גנבים מושלמים הסלוגן המאפיין אותם בשלמות הוא גונבים מכוניות וגנובים אנשים

::זוועה. אין מצב שלא מחכים למעלה מחצי שעה כדי להוציא את הרכב המלוכלך שעשו לך טובה וניגבו אותו עם סמרטוט שליכלך אותו עוד יותר, נותנים לך אותו עם מיכל כאילו מלא שאחרי חצי קילומטר כבר יורד לך פס בשעון אבל אתה חייב להחזיר מלא לגמרי, יום אחד נתנו לי רכב עם פנצ'ר בגלגל ואחרי כמה קילומטרים שמתי לב לכך וכשבאתי להחליפו גם הרזרבי היה מפונצ'ר בקיצור חברה חאפרית ועל הפנים!!

::Everything was good till I went to parking. Very nice telephone conversation, no problems with reservation and blocking funds on my credit card. When I was at the parking they change my car without any agreements. I received smaller car, but they told it's better car. The car looks disgusting inside. They have too small parking and they have problems with people, who returning cars and blocking parking. Wszystko było dobrze, dopóki poszedłem na parking. Bardzo miła rozmowa telefoniczna, szybko rozwiązywane problemy z moją kartą kredytową. Kiedy byłem na parkingu zmienili moje auto bez żadnych papierów. Dostałem mniejsze auto niż zapłaciłem. Samochód w środku wyglądał odrażająco, wszędzie śmieci, kanapa z tyłu nie trzymała się blachy. Wszędzie ślady butów na siedzeniach. Mają bardzo mały parking, więc mają problemy jak za dużo osób chce zwrócić auto. Blokuje się wtedy wyjazd z parkingu.
