  Very good prices when booked in advance. Peak times can mean you would need to wait for your turn to pick up your booked vehicle. Therefore, time your pick up time correctly. Good customer service from staff. The area is easily accessible using public transport from the downtown area.

  My experience with this car rental is that they create the image to be helping you and doing you a favor, but on the contrary the organization is mess with resulted for me in a really negative experience. My personal story: I rented a two cars. Due to an miscommunication between two people helping me they charged me for someone else and it took me literally 6 phone calls and two visits to get my money back. But they are rather cheap, so that's nice. To make up for it, they offered me by a 25 NIS discount on my next rental, but then they tried to charge me 53 NIS for using a toll road which was an mistake. One hour later and after a lot of talking I convinced them that I shouldn't pay that, because it was a mistake on their side. All in all, it took me a lot of energy dealing with their mistakes. Maybe it is just me, I hope so!

  התעניינתי בליסינג פרטי. העסקה לא יצא לפועל עקב תנאים יוצאי דופן יחסית למקובל בשוק. ממליץ לקרוא את החוזה בעיון ולהשוות עם מקומות אחרים. כמו כן, ממליץ לתעד שיחות (בין אם בהקלטה או בכתב) על מנת להימנע מאי-נעימויות

  במילה אחת -שכונה. לא עומדים בזמנים, הרכב היה מטונף ובקושי סוחב. החניון בסניף בני ברק ממש צפוף וצריך להיכנס על המילימטר. חיישן דלק לא עבד הייתי צריך להקליט את המתדלק בתחנה שהמיכל מלא.. בכללי היה פשוט גרוע. Never again!
