  Pizza is great when I order it in the store and remind them to take it out early so the cheese doesn't burn. When I order online, even with that request, it anyways comes burnt. Update: even in store they said they'd take it out early to not burn it, but then didn't and refused to help.

  A shame ,just disgusting, I've never eaten a pizza like this in my life.I paid over 75 ₪for this pizza and got an oily donut with cheese on it. Even 20 ₪pizzas are beter.not joking. DISGUSTING.I've thrown almost all of the pizza in the trash and I'm sick.just to inform you before you wanna buy that .....(not called pizza)

  Here is the thing about Pizza Hut: its not pizza, it has never been pizza. Its heavenly friend dough the American way and it is epic. I just recieved my order and it seems to me they are changing the recipe, to make...pizza. Maybe Im wrong, but I would bet they changed something. Guys, you don't do pizza and your fast food rival Dominos has the upper hand by a mile in the pizza game. If you did change something, just stop, it will be the end of you in Israel. Dominos is fast food pizza and you are an American fast food staple, please keep it that way ! Where is my grease? Where is my puffy pizza? Where is my instant heartburn? The box isnt even greasy. Your box says "white pizza", what? Is that a promo I haven't heard of? A new box style? In short, just don't change a thing, it will not work. Stick to what you have always done well: American fast food (yeah, sorry the eating in part is no longer a thing, but you can do without it, no worries) Tonight, I craved Pizza Hut and not Italian Pizza, do you understand the importance of that? I think when most of us order, we want Pizza Hut and not a classic pizza, please get it through your head.
