  There is no branch broken from it. A clerk who does not speak Hebrew, a guy who does not know how to work and does not want to. Huge queues, being late, there is no such thing as bad.

  Horror service. I was this week. I had a pre-ordered number 42 but the employee still started handling number 47 and at the same time in the middle a customer came in with number 53 and gave the employee an envelope and asked to transfer payment on an envelope (gave 50 NIS and waited for the surplus). When I commented to the fact that there are people with numbers long before but she takes care of them then an employee shouted at me "do not interfere with my work". What does it mean not to intervene? I am disabled, after a stroke, walking with a cane and I booked an appointment in advance. In the end I get shouts that are not at all right towards me and I just decided that she serves according to whoever finds yes in her eyes ??? What is this horrible and disgusting service?
