    This branch, etsel street, waiting sometimes takes 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Postal workers are overworked, not enough help! The computers crash often. The community clients are very pushy and get angry 😡 and are out right rude to the postal workers cause of having to wait so long. It’s very disorganized how the post workers work. For such a active branch.
