  Just a terrible place. Send mail to the customer to the most inefficient branch in Ashdod and at a distance of 6 km from the place of residence when there is a delivery point and other branches close to home. The workers just look tired and opaque to people. Poor service that does not exist.

  When I receive mail at this branch it is a nightmare because there is really no desire to go back there

  The worst service ever! They don't want to work or attend to customers. They are only interested in chatting amongst themselves and on their private phones. They have been extremely rude and inconsiderate to an elderly lady who is a heart patient and she has been going back and forth for three days in a row without success. Are they getting a salary for being rude and inefficient? One star for Olga at the entrance who is very nice.
